Colloquial Turkish: Beginner's Course
This series is a great way to introduce yourself to the natural flow of Turkish, without worrying too much about the grammar.

Le Turc Superpack
This excellent Turkish course from Assimil is unfortunately only available for French speakers. It's designed for beginners, and is a text-based course with audio. The advantage, however, is that Turkish has quite a few French loan words, so this is a great starting point for French speakers.
